Easy vintage wig hairstyling technique
Posted: 02/05/2012

This wig technique is great for when you need a FAST easy way to change a blonde wig into a 1940s vintage wig. I use this technique for photoshoots when I need to get the hairstyle finished in record time. NOTE: this technique uses permanent spray adhesive that will not be able to be washed out of the wig hair. Stick to firm hold hairspray if you need the wig to be used in a different hairstyle later on. Also, test your hairdryer heat on a small strand of wig hair in the back of the wig before using heat. The synthetic wig hairs will melt if your heat is too high. If you have a real human hair wig then you don't need to use the hairdryer technique, you can use a curling iron and firm hold hairspray instead of the spray adhesive.
